Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Land

In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act
2007, and in the matter of mortgage 6859447.2
(South Auckland Land Registry), Identifier SA26A/282
(“the mortgage”):
TEA Custodians (Pacific) Limited (“the mortgagee” under the mortgage) hereby gives notice that it has entered into possession of the mortgaged land described below with effect from 2 November 2009.
The description of the mortgaged land is 12 Davis Place, Huntly and more specifically referred to as Lot 92
DPS 27893 with certificate of title SA26A/282 (South Auckland Land Registry).
