Public Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From the Register
I, Daran Nair, liquidator of above-named companies, whose registered office is situated at 280 Great South Road, Greenlane, Auckland, hereby give notice, under section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with the Registrar my final reports on the liquidations, it is intended to remove the companies from the New Zealand Register.
The date by which an objection to the removal, under section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies is no later than 4 December 2009.
