Notice of Appointment of Receiver of Income
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 11 November 2009, I, Murray Greer, consultant of Auckland, was appointed receiver of income in respect
of 52 Grafton Road, Auckland ("the property") owned
by KHOSHBASH GRAFTON ROAD LIMITED.
The appointment was effected pursuant to the powers conferred by a first registered mortgage over the property.
