Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Incorporated Societies Act 1908 (“the Act”)
On 27 July 2009, it was resolved at a special meeting
of members, pursuant to section 24 of the Act, that the society be liquidated and that Kim S. Thompson, insolvency practitioner of Hamilton, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on 27 July 2009.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes
18 September 2009, as the day on or before which
the creditors of the society are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title that they may have to priority, or
to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
