Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
We, Brian Mayo-Smith and Simon John Francis Peacocke, chartered accountants of BDO Spicers Auckland, were appointed joint liquidators of the above-named company by special resolution of the shareholders on 22 July 2009 at 12.50pm, the date and time at which the liquidation commenced.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors

A meeting of creditors will be held on 6 August 2009 at 2.00pm, at the Ballroom 2, Crowne Plaza Hotel, 128 Albert Street, Auckland City, for the purposes of confirming the appointment of the liquidators (or to appoint another liquidator in place of the liquidators so appointed) and appointing a liquidation committee.

Notice is hereby given that as joint liquidators of BASE PROJECTS LIMITED, we fix 23 August 2009, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993
(as amended), or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
