Anthony Charles Harris, insolvency practitioner of Tauranga, was appointed liquidator on 22 December 2008 at 12.30pm, pursuant to section 241(2)(a).
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
The liquidator fixes 6 February 2009, as the day by which creditors are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
Notice of Intention to Remove
Application to remove the above-named company will be made to the Registrar, pursuant to section 318(1)(e), on the grounds that the documents referred to in section 257(1)(a) will be sent to the Registrar after 30 working days from the date of this notice. Objections to remove, under section 321, must be delivered to the Registrar within that period.
