Pursuant to section 338(1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court,
the general land described in the Schedule hereto is
hereby set apart as a Maori reservations for the purpose of
a burial ground and wahi tapu to be held for the common use and benefit of the descendants of the owners of
the former Wharekahika 6A and 6B Blocks named in the Partition Orders constituting those former Blocks made as at 59 Waiapu Minute Book 373 on 7 May 1914 and 60 Waiapu Minute Book 48 on 13 May 1914 respectively.
