Pursuant to sections 89(4) and 89(6) of the Retirement Villages Act 2003, the Minister for Building and Construction gives notice that the Retirement Villages Code of Practice 2008 is hereby approved and shall come into force on 2 October 2009.
The Retirement Villages Code of Practice 2008 is available for viewing and downloading free of charge on the Department of Building and Housing website
