Notice of Election to Manage Property
Pursuant to section 101(1) of the Public Trust Act 2001, Public Trust hereby gives notice that:
(a) Alexander Chalmers, gentleman, of Wakari, who died on or about 2 July 1864, is the owner of the property described in the Schedule hereto.
(b) Public Trust elects to become manager of the property, it being satisfied that it is advisable in terms of section 101(1) of the above Act.
Schedule
A portion of land intended to be used as road some
505 metres long and 10 metres wide stretching between Dalziel and Taieri Roads, Halfway Bush, Dunedin, being an estate in fee simple containing 5650 square metres, part Sections 28, 32, 34, 36 and 38, Wakari Survey District, balance Deeds Index Q399 (Otago Registry).
