Take notice that on 14 November 2008, an application for putting Lovitt’s NZ Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on 28 January 2009 at 2.15pm.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Talley’s Group Limited, whose address for service is care of the plaintiff’s solicitor, Craig Morice, Rout Milner Fitchett, Marble Arch, 167 Hardy Street, Nelson.
