Notice of Appointment of Receiver
Pursuant to Sections 3 and 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on 5 May 2008, Colin William Wollstein, chartered accountant of Oamaru, was appointed receiver of the property of Willetts Furniture Company Limited ("the company") under the powers contained in a general security agreement.
The Property in Receivership is: All the company's undertaking property and assets.
The Office of the Receiver is at the Offices of: Brady and Wollstein, Chartered Accountants, Wanbrow House,
6 Coquet Street (PO Box 167), Oamaru.
