Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that David Stuart Vance, chartered accountant of Wellington, and Henry David Levin, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, were appointed as receivers and managers of the property of Box No. 1 Limited on 5 March 2008 at 10.10am, under the powers contained in a security agreement dated the 19th day of April 2004.
The receivers and managers have been appointed in
respect of all the company’s undertakings and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
