Notice of Appointment of Replacement Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 320 of the Companies Act 1993
Registered Office: Spicer House, 6th and 7th Floor, 148 Victoria Street, Christchurch.
We, Stephen John Tubbs and Malcolm Grant Hollis, chartered accountants of Christchurch, were appointed
joint liquidators of Aoga Amata Aotearoa Incorporated
(in liquidation) by a special resolution of the trustees on 19 January 2005.
The liquidation commenced on 24 January 2005, being the date of our consent to the appointment.
On 3 July 2006, Malcolm Grant Hollis resigned and on the same day was replaced by Warren Johnstone, chartered accountant of Christchurch.
Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
We hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with the Registrar our final report on the liquidation, it is intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register.
Any objection to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar no later than 24 November 2008.
