Pursuant to sections 3 and 5 of the Ombudsmen Act 1975, His Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to appoint
David Graham McGee, C.N.Z.M., Q.C., of Wellington
as an Ombudsman, for a term commencing on 19 November 2007.
