It is hereby notified, pursuant to section 62 of the Partnership Act 1908, that:
1. Hamilton Racing Limited and Company, which is a duly registered special partnership, shall be dissolved from the date of this notice.
2. The signatories to this notice agree and acknowledge such aforesaid dissolution.
