Land Transfer Act Notice

The applicant described below has applied, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the removal of the easement memorials from the affected land titles which became redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below. I intend to remove the redundant easements from the affected land titles at the expiry of one calendar month from the date of the publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette and provided that there is no objection lodged by any interested party before that date:

Applicant: Greenstone Barclay Trustees Limited.
Redundant Easements and the Land Affected: Underpinning and air rights easements, parts Computer Freehold Register 208023 and supplementary record sheets 136286 and 136290, appurtenant to the land in Computer Freehold Registers 208023 and 208025, created by memorandum of transfer D701082.7.
Circumstances: The subdivision made under DP 350796 has resulted in some of the dominant land being separated from the servient land.
