The Minister for Building and Construction hereby gives notice that the Licensed Building Practitioners Rules 2007 have been made under section 361 of the Building Act 2004, and will come into force on 1 November 2007.
The Licensed Building Practitioners Rules 2007 are available for viewing and downloading free of charge on the Department of Building and Housing’s website
