Pursuant to section 78N(3) of the Education Act 1989,
I hereby amend the notice of appointment of a commissioner for Kimi Ora Community School (as published in the
New Zealand Gazette, 14 June 2007, No. 64, page 1687) and appoint
Kevin Brown
as commissioner.
All functions, powers and duties of the board of Kimi Ora Community School are vested in the commissioner.
This notice takes effect on the date of publication.
