The notice of direction to appoint a limited statutory manager for the board of trustees of Napier Intermediate School
(as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 15 December 2005, No. 207, page 5268) is hereby revoked under section 78M(7) of the Education Act 1989.
This notice takes effect the day after the date of its publication.
