Notice of Intention to Remove the Above-named Company From the Register
Pursuant to Section 320(2) of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 318(1) of
the Companies Act 1993, the Registrar will be removing Doowhsa No. 2 Limited from the Register on the grounds that the liquidator has completed his duties.
The liquidator has delivered the documents referred to in section 257(1) of the Companies Act to the Registrar.
Any objection to the removal, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar by 29 June 2007.

name from Ashwood Park Retirement Village Limited to Doowhsa No. 2 Limited. This company has no association whatsoever with Ashwood Park Retirement Village 2004 Limited, the current operator of the Ashwood Park Retirement Village.
