Notice of Intention to Remove the Above-named Company From the Register
Notice is hereby given of the intention to remove the
above-named company from the New Zealand Register under section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993.
If any person or organisation has any grounds to object to the removal, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, such objection must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies on or before 30 May 2007.
