Take notice that on 6 October 2006, an application for putting PAIB International Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed at the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on 25 January 2007 at 10.45am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiffs are Lovegroves Trustee Co Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Lovegroves, 11 Polygon Road, St Heliers, Auckland, trustee company, and Michael Graham Locke, barrister, and Tanya Westermeyer, designer, both of 84 Jervois Road, Herne Bay, Auckland (all suing as trustees of the Vantage Family Trust).
