Land Transfer Act Notice

Notice is hereby given that the applicants described below have applied, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the removal of an easement. The applicants claim the easement is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below.
I intend to remove the easement on the 10th day of January 2007, if no objections have been received before that date.
Application: 7117655.1.
Applicants: Terrence Wong, Sandra Lee Wong and Polson Higgs Nominees Limited.
Easement: Right of way over Lot 2, DP 16341, comprised in Computer Freehold Register OT13C/574, being part coloured yellow on the diagram annexed to transfer 25384 created by the said transfer registered the 15th day of June 1895.
Circumstances: The right of way is redundant in that the dominant tenement has become separated from the servient tenement as a result of subdivision, that the easement no longer benefits the dominant land, and that there is no longer any dominant land recorded in respect of the right of way created by transfer 25384.
Dated at the Dunedin Office of Land Information New Zealand this 5th day of December 2006.
BRIAN YOUNG, for Registrar-General of Land.
