this notice to be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register TNL2/760, subject to limited access road in Gazette Notice 227250, mortgages 318742 and 6491335.4, section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987, on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
