Approval of Kerikeri Airport as a Place of First Arrival (Notice No. 1572)

Pursuant to section 37 of the Biosecurity Act 1993, notice is given that
Kerikeri Airport
was approved on 8 December 2006, as a place of first arrival into New Zealand.
This approval is restricted to the arrival of those kinds of light aircraft:
(a) not capable of carrying more than 12 persons (including crew); and
(b) carrying 12 or fewer persons (including crew), including private aircraft or aircraft on hire for private use
for the following purposes:
The importation of:
? passengers and crew.
? baggage (including spares, stores and personal effects).
This approval does not authorise the arrival of aircraft carrying general cargo (including live animals, fresh produce, vehicles and machinery).
The written notice of approval may be inspected free of charge at the head office of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, Pastoral House, 25 The Terrace, Wellington.
