Pursuant to section 29 of the Building Act 2004 ("the Act"), I give notice that Compliance Document G4 Ventilation is proposed to be amended.
The Statement of Proposal is available from the national office of the Department of Building and Housing, Level Six, 86 Customhouse Quay, Wellington, between the hours of 8.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday.

Pursuant to section 409 (2) (d) of the Act, I give notice that NZS 4302:1987 incorporated by reference in compliance document G4 is proposed to be replaced by AS/NZS 3666:Part 1:2003, and AS/NZS 3666:Part 2:2002;
AS 1668:Part 2:1991 is proposed to be replaced by
AS 1668:Part 2:2002; and CIBSE Code Series A:1971 is proposed to be replaced by CIBSE Code Series A:1996.
The documents proposed to be incorporated by reference are available for inspection free of charge at the national office of the Department of Building and Housing, Level Six,
