Notice of Election to Manage Property
Pursuant to section 101 (1) of the Public Trust Act 2001, Public Trust hereby gives notice that:
(a) Frederick Nimrod Wickens, surveyor, of Dunedin, who is presumed dead, is the owner of the property described in the Schedule hereto, having been granted the property on the 21st day of October 1864.
(b) Public Trust elects to become manager of the property,
it being satisfied that it is advisable in terms of section 101 (1) of the above Act.
Schedule
A portion of Fern Road, Maia, Dunedin, being an estate in fee simple containing 1420 square metres, subject to survey, part Section 32B, Upper Harbour West District, part Crown Grant 8782, Deeds Register, Volume II, page 1093, Deeds Index F6 (Otago Registry).
