Notice of Election to Manage Property
Pursuant to section 101 (1) of the Public Trust Act 2001, Public Trust hereby gives notice that:
(a) Peter Williams (the younger), gentleman, of Dunedin, who was granted the land in 1873 and is presumed
dead, is the owner of the property described in the Schedule hereto.
(b) Public Trust elects to become manager of the property,
it being satisfied that it is advisable in terms of section 101 (1) of the above Act.
Schedule
A portion of the Waimotu Road, Oamaru, being an estate in fee simple, containing 6042 square metres, parts of Section 1 of 9, Plan 10696, Block VI, Otepopo Survey District, Deeds Index 0/118, Register volume 52, page 26; shown as Sections 1 to 4 on SO 349514 (Otago Registry).
