Notice of Election to Manage Property
Pursuant to section 101 (1) of the Public Trust Act 2001, Public Trust hereby gives notice that:
(a) Hugh Graham, farmer, of Dunedin, presumed dead,
and John Graham, farmer, of Dunedin, who died on the 7th day of June 1898, are the owners of the property described in the Schedule hereto, having on the 12th day of July 1871, become registered proprietors of it.
(b) Public Trust elects to become manager of the property,
it being satisfied that it is advisable in terms of section 101 (1) of the above Act.
Schedule
A portion of land intended to be used as road near Scroggs Hill Road, Ocean View, Dunedin, being an estate in fee simple containing 249 square metres, part Section 1 of 14, Deeds Index 805 (Otago Registry).
