Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
Take notice that Clark Management Services Limited
(in liquidation), whose registered office is located at
39 Kaihuia Grove, Levin, will be removed from the
New Zealand Register of Companies under section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993.
Objections to the removal from the Register must be filed, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, by the 15th day of February 2006.
