Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
The Companies Act 1993
On the 30th day of November 2006, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Whitehead and Pears Limited be put into liquidation and that Dominic Zame, chartered accountant, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on the 30th day of November 2006.
