Agenda
1. To consider the administrators’ report concerning
the companies’ business, property, affairs and financial circumstances.
2. To consider the administrators’ recommendations for each company and to vote on whether:
(a) the company should execute a deed of company arrangement; or
(b) the company should be wound up; or
(c) the administration of the company should end.
3. To consider the appointment of a committee of inspection for each company or creditors’ committees for any deed of company arrangement.
4. To approve the fixing of the administrators’ remuneration for each company.
5. Any other business.
