The undermentioned persons have applied, under the Joint Family Homes Act 1964, to register as a joint family home the land described below.
The land will be registered accordingly unless a caveat forbidding the granting of the application is lodged with me under that Act at the Wellington Office of Land Information New Zealand before the 9th day of September 2005, by some person claiming either to be a creditor of the applicants or to have some estate or interest in the said land.
JFH Application No. 6401113.1 in the names of Mark Arnold Stunell and Jacqueline Ann Stunell, affecting all that parcel of land situated at California Drive, Upper Hutt, containing 513 square metres, being Lot 93, DP 30518, comprised in Computer Freehold Register WN7B/43, Land Registration District of Wellington.
