a Commissioner for Waitati School (3857)
Pursuant to section 78N (2) of the Education Act 1989,
I hereby amend the Notice of Appointment of a Commissioner at Waitati School (as published in the
New Zealand Gazette, 12 August 2004, page 2435) and appoint
Colin Brown
as commissioner for Waitati School.
All functions, powers and duties of the board of Waitati School are vested in the commissioner.
This notice takes effect the day after the date of publication.
