Pursuant to section 31 (4) of the Fair Trading Act 1986, the Minister of Consumer Affairs gives the following notice.
N o t i c e
1. Title—This notice may be cited as the Unsafe Goods (Toy Pistol Liquids) Revocation Notice 2005.
2. The Unsafe Goods (Toy Pistol Liquids) Notice 1988—Unsafe Goods (Toy Pistol Liquids) Notice 1988, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 14 April 1988, No. 62, page 1464, is hereby revoked, pursuant to section 31 (4) of the Fair Trading Act 1986.
