Pursuant to section 16 of the Hazardous Substances and New Organisms Act 1996, I reappoint

as chair of the Environmental Risk Management Authority for a one-year term of office commencing from 7 March 2005; and
Dr David Maxwell (Max) Suckling
Dr Manuka Henare
as members of the Environmental Risk Management Authority for two-year terms of office commencing from
7 March 2005.
