Pursuant to section 78N (2) of the Education Act 1989,
I hereby appoint
Dennis Finn
as commissioner for Tokoroa High School.
All functions, powers and duties of the board of Tokoroa High School are vested in the commissioner.
This notice takes effect the day after the date of publication.
