The notice of direction for appointment of a limited statutory manager for the Tokoroa High School Board of Trustees (dated the 2nd day of June 2004 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 10 June 2004, page 1601) as amended by a notice dated the 15th day of November 2004 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 18 November 2004, page 3726, is hereby revoked under section 78M (7) of the Education Act 1989.
This notice takes effect the day after the date of its publication.
