Pursuant to subclause 4.4 (4) of Land Transport Rule: Traffic Control Devices 2004, and under authority delegated to me, I, Peter Graeme Croft, Manager Networks, authorise the installation and maintenance of the regulatory sign described in the Schedule to this notice.

Adjacent lane is available only for the purposes of avoiding a collision or stopping in an emergency at times other
than described on a sign mounted above which defines an alternative lane use for specific times.
