1. Preamble
Pursuant to section 160A of the Hazardous Substances and New Organisms Act 1996, the Environmental Risk Management Authority amends the Hazardous Substances (Vertebrate Toxic Agents) Transfer Notice 2004 (Supplement to the New Zealand Gazette, 29 October 2004, No. 141, page 3495) (“the notice”) as set out in the Schedule below.
2. Citation
This notice is the Hazardous Substances (Vertebrate Toxic Agents) (Amendment) Transfer Notice 2005.
3. Commencement
These amendments come into force on 1 May 2005.
Schedule
1. Insert, at the end of clause 4 (3) of Schedule 4 to the notice, the words
“, save in respect of clause 4 of Schedule 3 to this notice, in which case this clause expires on 31 October 2005”.
2. Omit the date
“31 October 2005”
in clause 6 (2) (a) of Schedule 4 to the notice and substitute the date
“31 January 2006”.
3. Omit the table in clause 6 (2) (b) of Schedule 4 to the notice and substitute the following:
