Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 24 (1) of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, Robert Anthony Elms, chartered accountant of Martin Jarvie PKF, was appointed liquidator of New Zealand Forest Industries Council (Incorporated).
The liquidation commenced on the 26th day of September 2005 at 1.45 p.m.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the
21st day of October 2005, as the day on or before which
the creditors of the incorporated society are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
