Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Michael John Turner and Stephen Alan Dunbar, chartered accountants of Polson Higgs, were appointed liquidators of ZTC Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 27th day of June 2005 at 9.00 a.m.
Inquiries may be directed by a creditor or shareholder of the company during normal business hours to Robyn Patrick at 139 Moray Place, Dunedin, on telephone (03) 479 4815.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the 5th day of August 2005, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
