Notice of Meeting of Creditors
A meeting of creditors of Pine Sawmills (Gisborne) Limited (in receivership and in liquidation) will be held on the 29th day of January 2004 at 10.00 a.m., at the Poverty Bay Club Limited, 38 Childers Road, Gisborne.
The meeting will consider various matters, including confirming the appointment of liquidators pursuant to section 243 (1) (a).
For voting purposes, creditors' claims and proxies must
be lodged with the liquidators by the 27th day of January 2004.
