Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Dunedin City Council hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule hereto as a scenic reserve, for the purposes specified in section 19 (1) (a) of the Reserves Act 1977, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

15.6082 hectares, more or less, being part Section 76, Block VII, North Harbour and Blueskin Survey District. All certificate of title OT143/162.
