Law Commission
Pursuant to sections 9 and 11 of the Law Commission Act 1985, Her Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to reappoint
Ngatata Ralph Heberley Love, university professor of Wellington
to be a Commissioner of the Law Commission for a term of three years on and from 1 May 2004;
and to appoint
Warren Arthur Young, public servant of Wellington
to be a Commissioner of the Law Commission for a term of three years on and from 3 May 2004.
