Notice of Intention to Request Removal of the
Above-named Company From the Register
Pursuant to Section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993
I, Maurice Arthur Austin, hereby give notice that I intend to apply to the District Registrar of Companies at Christchurch for the removal of the above-named company having its registered office at 25 Chaucer Street, Milton, on the grounds specified under section 318 (2) (b).
Unless written objections are lodged within 20 working days of the date of publication of this notice, the company will be removed from the Register.
