Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of The Poverty Bay Club Incorporated (in liquidation) commenced on the 15th day of December 2003 at 7.17 p.m., when the members appointed Robert W. Proudfoot, of Eastland Accounting and Business Consultancy Limited, as liquidator in accordance with Rule 41 (a) of the club's rules and section 24 (1) of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator of The Poverty Bay Club Incorporated (in liquidation) has fixed the 6th day of February 2004, as the day on or before which the creditors of the club are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
