Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Jon Charles Ash, chartered accountant of Lock & Partners Limited, was appointed liquidator of 3110 Investments Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 16th day of December 2003 at 11.00 a.m.

A declaration of solvency has been filed in accordance with section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993.

Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the 26th day of January 2004, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
