and Appointment of the Auckland Regional Council to Control and Manage a Reserve
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the appointment of the Manukau City Council to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule, classifies the reserve as a local purpose (esplanade) reserve and further, appoints the Auckland Regional Council to control and manage the reserve as a local purpose (esplanade) reserve.

1.2709 hectares, being part Allotment 79, Maraetai Parish, situated in Block I, Wairoa Survey District. Part certificate of title 1160/42 (part cancelled). Subject to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953.
