each to be an Environment Commissioner for a term of five years on and from 3 March 2003;
and to appoint
Owen Mervyn Borlase of Dunedin
Bruce Raymond Gollop of Whangarei
each to be a Deputy Environment Commissioner for a term of five years on and from 3 March 2003.
